About The Project

The proposed development is 7-story, 25-unit apartment building situated in 3,413 sf lot within a NC2-55(M) zone in the Greenwood Phinney Ridge Urban Village. The project will participate in the Living Building Challenge pilot program for this with sunken garden and rooftop amenity space. Indoor bike parking and trash storage will be provided. This project will feature studio and one-bedroom units with a range of unit sizes. We are pursuing the Living Building Challenge bonus height and floor area.
